FratRush LLC ("FratRush," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website frat-rush.com and related services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly to us:

Email address - when you sign up for early access or purchase a product.

Mobile phone number - only when you voluntarily provide it and consent to receive text messages from us (for example, for transactional or account notifications).

Payment information - when you make a purchase. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card number.

Usage data - we automatically collect basic analytics like page views and device type to improve the Service. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your contact information (email and, if provided, mobile phone number) to deliver purchased products, send pre-launch updates (if you signed up for early access), notify you of important changes to the Service, and respond to your questions or support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

If you sign up for our waitlist, you will receive emails about the FratRush launch. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing us directly.

5. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

If you have voluntarily provided your mobile phone number to FratRush and consented to receive text messages, we may send you SMS or MMS messages related to your account, your purchases, or your business relationship with us. Messages may include transactional updates, sale notifications, and business-related alerts.

Mobile information is private. Mobile phone numbers collected by FratRush are NOT shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other promotional purpose. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and business relationship with us, typically ranging from 0 to 10 messages per day.

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. FratRush is not responsible for any carrier fees you incur as a result of receiving SMS or MMS messages from us.

How to opt out. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. To resume messages after opting out, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email fratrushapp@gmail.com.

6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud services (Vercel, Resend, Twilio). We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (website hosting). Each has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data. These providers act as processors on our behalf and do not have rights to use your contact information for their own marketing purposes.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing fratrushapp@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

9. CHILDREN

FratRush is intended for users aged 16 and older (college-bound students and current college students). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
