Email address - when you sign up for early access or purchase a product.

Payment information - when you make a purchase. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card number.

Usage data - we automatically collect basic analytics like page views and device type to improve the Service. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your email to deliver purchased products, send pre-launch updates (if you signed up for early access), notify you of important changes to the Service, and respond to your questions or support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

If you sign up for our waitlist, you will receive emails about the FratRush launch. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing us directly.

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud services (Vercel, Resend). We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (website hosting). Each has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing fratrushapp@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

8. CHILDREN

FratRush is intended for users aged 16 and older (college-bound students and current college students). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
