1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using FratRush ("the Service"), operated by FratRush LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. THE SERVICE
FratRush provides digital informational guides, chapter profiles, and related content about fraternity rush at SEC schools. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee admission to any fraternity or specific outcomes from using our materials.
3. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS
All purchases are one-time payments for digital products. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once content has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it.
4. SEASON COVERAGE
Products sold through FratRush cover the 2026 Summer/Fall rush season. Season-specific content - including the rush calendar, chapter profiles, and ambassador access - is maintained and active through December 2026. After that date, content may become historical and access to time-sensitive features (calendar, ambassador chats, office hours) may be discontinued or transitioned to an archive mode. Renewal offers for future rush seasons, if any, will be announced separately.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, guides, chapter profiles, and materials provided through FratRush are the intellectual property of FratRush LLC. Purchased content is licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or reproduce any FratRush content without written permission.
6. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, share login credentials with others, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape content, or misrepresent your affiliation with FratRush. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
7. DISCLAIMER
FratRush content reflects the opinions and experiences of contributors and is not endorsed by any university, fraternity, or governing body. Information may change between publication and rush season. We are not affiliated with the SEC, any member institution, or any fraternity organization. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FratRush LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
